## What it is

An AI consulting and engineering practice, building since 2021, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (registered as Vibencode Pvt. Ltd.). Not a platform, not a licence, not a seat. Most clients are startups, which is why nothing left behind assumes a platform team on the other side of it. We advise, investigate, design and implement — and stay until the thing runs on a Monday without us.

## Engineering depth

The practice did not start with AI. From 2021 it built and shipped full-stack SaaS products commercially — production systems, client environments, live data, integrations chosen for it rather than by it. From 2024 that same engineering discipline turned toward retrieval, evaluation and agents, which is why the AI work is built like software rather than assembled from a framework's happy path: - Retrieval and generation systems wired to real data, tools and users, evaluated against a held-out set before anything ships. - Agent architectures with named roles, scoped tool access, state that survives a crash, a retry path that terminates, and a human approval before anything writes. - AI folded into the development workflow itself — planning, review, test generation — with repository context, an audit trail on every suggestion, and the merge gate left exactly where it was. - On-premises, private-cloud or hybrid model deployment for teams that cannot move data or weights off their own infrastructure, with key ownership, retention control and an audit trail on every call. - Applied research run as comparisons on the client's own task and data, with the limits and failure modes stated rather than a vendor benchmark restated.
