Disputes Resolution

If you have objections or disputes regarding our services or any content present on this website, please contact us directly to attempt resolution through open dialogue. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly as per Industry standards and mandate terms. If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual discussion, Courts of Madhya Pradesh shall have ultimate jurisdiction.

Severability and
Waive

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Refund and Cancellation

All software, hardware, support, and service orders are cancellable and refundable until a mandate is signed. Once a mandate is signed or work is initiated, no cancellations are acceptable. We uphold high ethical standards in all cases. If you have a negative experience, please connect with the operations team, and we will offer our best resolution. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 2-5 working days from the day the operations team agrees to such a request.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery of Application/services is subject to the terms and timelines agreed upon at the time of contract, the company takes utmost care to ensure on-time delivery but in exceptional cases of missing timelines we are bound to provide prior communication but are not liable to any material damages other that agreed upon at the time of contract or calculated by any court of law with appropriate jurisdiction
